3. WEBSITE USE & USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Visitors and users agree to access and use CCG's website and digital platforms lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.
Users shall not:
Provide false, fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally incomplete information.
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems, administrative accounts, confidential materials, or client information.
Copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected website materials without authorization.
Interfere with website operations, security features, or digital services.
Use CCG's name, branding, materials, or professional content in a manner that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.
CCG reserves the right to restrict access to its website or services when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, misuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
4. CONSULTATION BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
CCG offers introductory meetings, paid strategic consultations, and other scheduled advisory services through its online booking platform and authorized scheduling channels.
Consultations are intended to facilitate professional discussions regarding an individual, business, or organization's objectives, challenges, opportunities, and potential engagement with CCG.
Booking an appointment does not establish an ongoing consulting relationship, guarantee acceptance as a client, or obligate CCG to provide services beyond the scope of the scheduled consultation.
4.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointments are considered confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable booking process, including payment when required, and issuance of a booking confirmation.
CCG reserves the right to verify appointment information and request reasonable additional details before providing services.
4.2 Consultation Preparation
Clients are encouraged to provide accurate background information and relevant organizational context before their appointments.
Failure to provide sufficient information may limit the depth or specificity of recommendations available during the consultation.
4.3 Appointment Attendance
Clients are responsible for attending appointments at the confirmed date and time and ensuring access to the necessary technology for virtual meetings.
5. PAYMENT TERMS & NONREFUNDABLE CONSULTATION FEES
5.1 Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all paid consultations unless otherwise expressly authorized by CCG in writing.
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
5.2 Nonrefundable Consultation Policy
ALL PAID CONSULTATION FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms.
Consultation payments secure dedicated professional advisory time and support appointment preparation, administrative coordination, and scheduling commitments.
By completing a paid booking, clients acknowledge the nonrefundable nature of their consultation payment.
5.3 Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel appointments; however, cancellations do not entitle clients to refunds of consultation fees, except where required by law.
A canceled appointment does not automatically establish a credit toward future services.
5.4 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a paid consultation one time without an additional fee, provided that:
The rescheduling request is submitted at least 24 hours before the original appointment.
The requested new appointment is subject to CCG's availability.
The rescheduled appointment occurs within 30 calendar days of the originally scheduled date.
Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and payment unless otherwise authorized by CCG.
5.5 Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened consultation to preserve subsequent appointments.
Clients who fail to attend without providing the required advance notice may forfeit their consultation fee.
Missed appointments and rescheduling requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation generally require a new booking and payment.
5.6 Cancellations by CCG
If CCG must cancel a paid consultation, the client will be offered a mutually acceptable alternative appointment.
If CCG cannot provide the purchased consultation or the client declines a replacement appointment after a CCG-initiated cancellation, CCG will issue a full refund of the consultation fee.
5.7 Payment Disputes
Clients with billing concerns are encouraged to contact CCG directly at info@catalystcollectivegrp.com.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a client's lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges, exercise applicable payment protections, or seek remedies provided by law.
6. CONSULTATION SCOPE & LIMITATIONS
Paid consultations are limited to the professional advisory services described in the specific booking.
Unless expressly stated in writing, consultations do not include:
Comprehensive organizational assessments
Written strategic plans or business plans
Grant writing or funding applications
Business formation filings
Financial forecasts or accounting services
Market research reports
Contract preparation or legal services
Implementation of recommended strategies
Ongoing consulting or advisory support
Preliminary recommendations offered during consultations are based on available information and professional judgment at the time of the session.
Additional services must be separately authorized through a proposal, service agreement, or other written arrangement.
7. CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Customized consulting, business development, strategic planning, implementation, and advisory engagements are governed by separately executed agreements.
Such agreements may establish:
Scope of work and deliverables
Project schedules and milestones
Professional fees and payment schedules
Client and consultant responsibilities
Confidentiality obligations
Ownership and permitted use of work products
Termination provisions
Performance expectations
Dispute resolution procedures
Where a signed consulting agreement expressly conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement shall control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
CCG is not obligated to commence customized consulting services until the applicable agreement is executed and any required initial payment or deposit has been received.
8. PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY DISCLAIMER
CCG provides business development, strategic growth, organizational, and related professional advisory services based on experience, research, available information, and professional judgment.
Although CCG endeavors to provide high-quality guidance and commercially reasonable services, results are influenced by factors beyond CCG's control, including market conditions, client implementation, funding availability, regulatory developments, and organizational capacity.
CCG does not guarantee specific revenue increases, profitability, grant awards, financing approvals, government contracts, partnerships, market growth, or other business outcomes.
Clients remain responsible for their business decisions, implementation activities, regulatory compliance, and organizational operations.
Unless expressly agreed upon and legally authorized, CCG does not provide legal representation, independent financial auditing, licensed investment advice, or other regulated professional services requiring credentials outside the scope of an engagement.
Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals when specialized legal, tax, accounting, or regulated financial advice is required.
9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & COOPERATION
Successful advisory engagements require timely communication, accurate information, and appropriate organizational participation.
Clients agree to:
Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.
Disclose material circumstances that could influence the requested services.
Respond to reasonable requests for information, documents, and decisions.
Designate authorized representatives when engaging on behalf of an organization.
Maintain responsibility for final organizational and business decisions.
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party obligations.
CCG is not responsible for delays or diminished outcomes resulting from materially incomplete information, unavailable decision-makers, or failure to fulfill agreed client responsibilities.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY & INFORMATION HANDLING
CCG recognizes that prospective and established clients may share sensitive business, organizational, operational, and strategic information.
CCG will exercise reasonable care in handling nonpublic client information received in connection with its professional services and will use such information for legitimate consultation, service delivery, business administration, and related purposes.
Confidentiality obligations specific to an engagement may be further defined through a consulting agreement or nondisclosure agreement.
Confidential information does not ordinarily include information that:
Is publicly available through no wrongful action by the receiving party.
Was lawfully known before disclosure.
Is independently developed without improper use of confidential information.
Is lawfully obtained from a third party without a confidentiality restriction.
Must be disclosed pursuant to a valid legal obligation.
Where legally permissible and appropriate, CCG will use reasonable efforts to provide notice before disclosing client information under a legal requirement.
Clients should not submit highly sensitive personal information, protected health information, financial account credentials, or other restricted data through general website forms unless CCG has expressly authorized an appropriate secure submission process.
11. PRIVACY POLICY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
CCG's collection, use, retention, and handling of personal information are addressed in its Privacy Policy.
By submitting information through CCG's website, consultation forms, or booking platforms, you acknowledge that information may be processed for legitimate purposes related to your inquiry, appointment, or professional engagement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Please review our complete policy:
Catalyst Collective Group Privacy Policy
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires separate notice or consent for particular information-processing activities, CCG will seek to satisfy those requirements independently of general acceptance of these Terms.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY MATERIALS
All original website content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, service descriptions, strategic frameworks, methodologies, presentations, templates, publications, and other proprietary resources created or owned by CCG are protected to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes CCG's original consulting frameworks, branded methodologies, and proprietary strategic tools, including materials associated with the Catalyst Growth Journey™ and other CCG-developed systems.
Unless otherwise authorized in writing, users may not:
Reproduce or distribute protected CCG materials for commercial purposes.
Sell, license, or represent CCG's proprietary materials as their own.
Remove copyright notices, trademark designations, or ownership information.
Repackage CCG's protected methodologies, templates, or materials for resale.
Use CCG branding in a manner that implies an unauthorized professional relationship.
Accessing the website or purchasing a consultation does not transfer ownership of CCG intellectual property.
Client rights to use materials produced through a paid engagement are established by the applicable consulting agreement.
Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted under applicable intellectual property law.
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICES
CCG may utilize third-party platforms to facilitate its operations, including appointment scheduling, virtual meetings, payment processing, customer relationship management, online forms, and digital communications.
These services may include Zoho applications and other authorized technology providers.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms, privacy notices, and operational requirements.
CCG is not responsible for independent third-party systems or services outside its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to address issues affecting services it has agreed to provide.
14. WEBSITE CONTENT & INFORMATIONAL RESOURCES
Articles, case studies, research summaries, insights, downloadable resources, and other content presented on CCG's website are intended for general educational, informational, or professional development purposes.
Such materials should not be interpreted as customized professional advice for a particular organization unless specifically provided through an authorized consulting engagement.
CCG makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information but does not warrant that all content will remain current, complete, or suitable for every circumstance.
CCG may update, revise, or discontinue website content or service descriptions without prior notice, subject to existing contractual obligations.
15. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE
By submitting a consultation request, booking an appointment, or contacting CCG, you authorize CCG to communicate with you as reasonably necessary regarding your inquiry, appointment, payment, or requested services.
Marketing communications, newsletters, promotional updates, and other nonessential communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the preferences or consent you provide.
Where applicable, recipients may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the provided unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting CCG.
Transactional or service-related communications may continue where necessary to administer an active inquiry, booking, or contractual relationship.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its website or services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or anticipated economic benefits, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
For claims arising from a particular paid consultation, CCG's aggregate contractual liability shall not exceed the amount paid for that consultation, to the extent permitted by law.
For customized consulting engagements, applicable liability limitations shall be governed by the signed service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts nonwaivable statutory rights, or eliminates remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
17. SERVICE REFUSAL & TERMINATION
CCG reserves the right to decline prospective engagements or discontinue services when there is a legitimate business, professional, safety, legal, or ethical basis for doing so.
Such circumstances may include:
Fraudulent or materially misleading information.
Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct.
Requests to participate in unlawful or unethical activities.
Material violations of contractual obligations.
Unresolved conflicts of interest.
Failure to satisfy agreed payment requirements.
Any cancellation, termination, or resulting refund obligations shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific terms governing the purchased service or executed agreement.
CCG will not deny services on grounds prohibited by applicable law.
18. INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
CCG operates as an independent professional advisory firm.
Unless expressly established in a separately executed written agreement, use of CCG's services does not create an employment relationship, joint venture, legal partnership, fiduciary relationship, or agency relationship between CCG and the client.
Neither party may bind the other to contractual obligations without appropriate written authorization.
19. FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
CCG shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major infrastructure interruptions, widespread technology outages, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events.
CCG will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and identify appropriate alternatives.
This provision does not eliminate payment, refund, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Parties are encouraged to attempt good-faith informal resolution of disputes before initiating formal proceedings.
Individuals with concerns regarding services, payments, or website-related matters may contact:
Nothing in this section prevents a party from exercising rights or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
Any dispute resolution or forum-selection requirements established in a separately executed consulting agreement shall govern disputes covered by that agreement, subject to applicable law.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
CCG may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its services, operating practices, technology, business requirements, or legal obligations.
Updates will be published on this website with a revised effective or last-updated date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law and will not retroactively modify material terms of an existing paid booking or executed agreement without an appropriate legal basis or agreement.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
22. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with referenced policies and any applicable booking-specific terms, govern use of CCG's website and covered online services.
Separate signed consulting agreements, statements of work, and other written contracts may supplement or supersede applicable provisions as expressly specified.
Failure by CCG to enforce a particular provision shall not automatically constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
